NSTALL PRO Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to NSTALL PRO subscriptions purchased through the NSTALL mobile application.
1. NSTALL PRO
NSTALL PRO is a paid subscription that provides eligible Installer accounts with access to installer-only features within NSTALL.
Features may include:
- Creating photo and video posts
- Commenting on installer posts
- Access to the Disassembly Library
- Access to installer Tips
- Building an installer portfolio
- Installer profile and client review features
- Other professional tools offered through NSTALL
Available features may change as NSTALL develops.
2. Subscription Plans
NSTALL may offer monthly and annual NSTALL PRO subscription plans.
The current price, billing period, and other purchase information are displayed in the NSTALL app before you confirm a subscription.
Prices may vary based on country, currency, taxes, or changes made through Apple's App Store.
3. Payment
NSTALL PRO subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Payment is charged to the Apple ID used to complete the purchase.
NSTALL does not directly process or store your full payment card information for App Store subscription purchases.
4. Automatic Renewal
NSTALL PRO is an auto-renewable subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period unless you cancel it in accordance with Apple's subscription policies before the renewal occurs.
Apple handles subscription billing and renewal.
5. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your NSTALL PRO subscription through your Apple subscription settings.
Canceling prevents future automatic renewals. You may generally continue using NSTALL PRO until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for, subject to Apple's applicable policies.
Deleting the NSTALL app does not cancel your subscription.
Deleting your NSTALL account also does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.
If you delete your NSTALL account and do not want future subscription charges, you must separately cancel your NSTALL PRO subscription through Apple.
6. Restore Purchases
NSTALL provides a Restore Purchases option for eligible App Store subscriptions.
Restore Purchases can be used to have NSTALL check the App Store purchase associated with your Apple ID and restore eligible NSTALL PRO access.
7. Subscription Expiration
If your NSTALL PRO subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or otherwise becomes inactive, access to NSTALL PRO features may end.
Your underlying NSTALL account may remain available with the features offered to your account without an active NSTALL PRO subscription.
8. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's applicable billing and refund policies.
NSTALL does not independently control Apple's approval or denial of App Store refund requests.
9. Changes to NSTALL PRO
NSTALL may modify the features included with NSTALL PRO as the Service develops, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
Subscription price changes will be handled in accordance with Apple's applicable requirements.
