NSTALL Terms of Use

Welcome to NSTALL. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NSTALL mobile application and related services (“NSTALL,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using NSTALL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use NSTALL.

1. About NSTALL

NSTALL is a platform designed to connect automotive installers, shops, clients, and viewers.

NSTALL may provide features including:

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and should not knowingly allow unauthorized persons to access it.

You must notify NSTALL if you believe your account has been compromised.

NSTALL currently provides different account types, including Installer and Client accounts. Features available to each account type may differ.

3. Installer Accounts

Installer accounts may provide access to professional features such as portfolios, posting, commenting, educational resources, leads, quotes, job management, and other installer tools.

Installers are responsible for accurately representing themselves, their businesses, experience, services, pricing, availability, qualifications, and work.

NSTALL does not independently guarantee or certify an installer's skill, licensing, insurance, experience, identity, business status, or quality of work unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users should perform their own due diligence before hiring or conducting business with another user.

4. NSTALL Is a Platform

NSTALL provides technology that allows users to discover, communicate with, and interact with other users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NSTALL is not a party to agreements between installers, shops, and clients.

Quotes, appointments, services, payments made outside NSTALL, warranties, vehicle work, disputes, and other arrangements between users are the responsibility of the users involved.

NSTALL does not guarantee:

Users are responsible for evaluating whether to conduct business with one another.

5. Quotes, Leads, and Jobs

NSTALL may allow clients and installers to communicate about potential work, submit quote requests, provide quotes, schedule jobs, update job status, and document completed work.

Information shown within these features is intended to assist communication and organization between users.

Unless NSTALL expressly states otherwise, a quote, lead, scheduled job, or status displayed in the App does not make NSTALL a party to the transaction.

Installers and clients are responsible for establishing their own final pricing, payment arrangements, warranties, cancellation policies, service terms, and other conditions.

6. User-Generated Content

NSTALL allows users to submit content including photos, videos, posts, comments, reviews, messages, installation tips, disassembly information, portfolio work, and other material (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting User Content to NSTALL, you grant NSTALL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, moderate, and improve the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to NSTALL.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload the content you submit.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use NSTALL to:

8. Reviews

Clients may be able to leave reviews regarding installers or shops.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and should not knowingly contain false, misleading, threatening, unlawful, or abusive material.

Installers may be able to respond to reviews.

NSTALL may remove reviews or responses that violate these Terms or other NSTALL policies.

NSTALL does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reviews and does not necessarily endorse opinions expressed in reviews.

9. Educational and Installation Content

NSTALL may contain installation tips, techniques, vehicle disassembly information, tutorials, posts, comments, or other educational material created by NSTALL users.

Automotive installation and vehicle disassembly can involve risk of damage or injury.

Content available through NSTALL is provided for informational purposes and may not be appropriate for every vehicle, material, tool, or situation.

Users are responsible for verifying procedures, following vehicle manufacturer guidance when appropriate, using suitable tools and safety precautions, and determining whether they are qualified to perform a procedure.

NSTALL does not guarantee that user-submitted instructions or techniques are complete, accurate, or safe.

10. NSTALL PRO Subscriptions

Certain Installer features require an active NSTALL PRO subscription.

NSTALL may offer subscription options including monthly and annual plans.

The exact subscription price and duration are displayed in the App before purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.

NSTALL PRO subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal in accordance with Apple's subscription policies.

Payment is charged to the Apple ID associated with the purchase.

Subscription pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, or future pricing changes permitted through the App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple subscription settings.

Deleting your NSTALL account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. If you have an active subscription and wish to stop future billing, you must also cancel the subscription through Apple.

NSTALL provides a Restore Purchases feature for eligible App Store purchases.

Access to NSTALL PRO features may end when a subscription expires or is otherwise no longer active.

11. Subscription Changes

NSTALL may change the features included with NSTALL PRO in the future, subject to applicable law and Apple's requirements.

Any subscription price changes will be handled according to applicable App Store procedures and requirements.

Where required, Apple may notify you or request your agreement before a pricing change takes effect.

12. Payments Between Users

Unless expressly provided as a NSTALL payment feature, payments between installers and clients occur independently of NSTALL.

NSTALL is not responsible for cash payments, external payment processors, deposits, refunds, chargebacks, financing, warranties, or other financial arrangements made directly between users.

Users are responsible for documenting and agreeing to their own payment and refund terms.

13. Reporting and Blocking

NSTALL provides reporting and blocking tools intended to help users manage their experience and assist NSTALL with community safety.

Users may be able to report:

Reports should be made in good faith.

Misuse of reporting systems may itself result in account action.

Blocking another user may limit interactions between the accounts but does not guarantee that all prior content or records involving that user will disappear.

14. Moderation and Enforcement

NSTALL may review reported content or accounts and may take action when we reasonably determine that these Terms or applicable policies have been violated.

We may take immediate action when reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Service.

15. Account Deletion

Users may request permanent account deletion from within NSTALL through:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the account and associated data, subject to information we may retain when legally required or otherwise permitted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion cannot normally be reversed after completion.

Deleting a NSTALL account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

16. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, NSTALL and its associated software, branding, logos, designs, interface elements, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator of NSTALL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit protected NSTALL materials except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

17. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content available through NSTALL infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at:

Please provide enough information for us to identify the material and understand your claim.

We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate.

18. Third-Party Services

NSTALL relies on third-party services to provide portions of its functionality.

These may include services provided by Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and other infrastructure providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

NSTALL is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

19. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep NSTALL available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

NSTALL may experience maintenance, outages, technical problems, service-provider interruptions, or other disruptions.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NSTALL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NSTALL and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

This may include losses arising from interactions between users, vehicle damage, lost profits, lost business, loss of data, or reliance on user-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of NSTALL, violation of another person's rights, or User Content you submit.

23. Termination

You may stop using NSTALL at any time and may delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature.

NSTALL may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens users or the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply after an account is terminated.

24. Privacy

Your use of NSTALL is also governed by the NSTALL Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and deleted.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as NSTALL develops, applicable laws change, or features are added or modified.

When changes are made, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Continued use of NSTALL after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of NSTALL and applicable United States law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Users outside the United States may also have mandatory rights under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
